Programmes: Unleashed Training offers an evidence-based, proven and precise approach to the design of fitness programmes. One-on-one programmes are built systematically based on specific personal data, and group programmes are structured using a progressive model that fits all levels of fitness.

Coaching: One-on-one and group coaching with Unleashed Training is a unique approach. We monitor movement and intensity as it happens and adjust accordingly.

One-on-One Personal Training: This is a premium service. You will have a professional fitness coach with you every step of the way to ensure that it’s impossible to fail.

Sprint Coaching: Unleashed Training offers a specialised sprint coaching service for athletes of all sports. Learn to sprint with flawless technique and develop greater speed, power and agility for the court, track or field.

Group Training: Come along to the unique EVOLVE training programme and experience group training with a difference. The EVOLVE programme has been designed using methods gathered from some of the best coaches and athletes in the world. Train like an athlete, look like an athlete.

Online Sprint Coaching Programmes: Can't get to us for face to face coaching? No problem, we have online sprint coaching programmes available to you anywhere in the world.

Step by Step Process

When you start training with Unleashed you will be taken through a step by step process that ensures your goals are met.

Step One: Initial consultation/initial session. This is designed to get to know you and to familiarise yourself with the programme you are taking part in.

Step Two: Fitness assessment. You will undergo an initial fitness assessment right at the very beginning of your training. From there you will be retested every six weeks to ensure continuous progress.

Step Three: Coaching. This is an ongoing process. We start by designing a thorough, comprehensive programme that is tailored to you. You will be coached through that programme and monitored closely. Adjustments are made on an ongoing, continuous basis.

YOUR COACH – Chris Lyons

Chris Lyons is an experienced strength and conditioning coach, having trained athletes of all ages and levels since 2002. Chris specialises in coaching athletes for speed and power specific to fast-moving sports such as rugby league, rugby union, soccer, Aussie rules football etc. Since 2002 Chris has conducted close to 15,000 hours of training and coaching directly with athletes and members of the general population. From this experience comes Unleashed Training, based on tried and tested training methods combined with up to date research. Chris continues to challenge himself not only as a coach, but also as an athlete, competing in sprinting events, strongman and Olympic-style weightlifting.
