The focus of
Unleashed Training is to build better athletes. Our Sydney sprint coaching
programme is aimed at athletes of all ages. Athletes are put through an
assessment process, with results being used to establish their current level of
ability. From there you will join a squad and receive professional coaching to

Fees: Fees range from $60 per session for one on one sessions, working downwards for group and partner sessions. The more people in each session the less the cost per person.

Services and General Information
Online Sprint Coaching
Using thorough fitness assessment, video analysis and remote contact with an experienced sprint coach, you will follow a personally tailored speed training program that is designed specifically for you.
Aimed at building speed and applying it directly to the needs of your sport. This programme focuses on teaching correct sprint mechanics right from the start, and building on sound technique. Throughout the various phases of training athletes will develop take-off speed, acceleration, maximum speed, agility and repeat speed. Strength and Conditioning
All of our coaching programmes incorporate total strength and conditioning. Strength and conditioning aims at building a foundation of strength and stability then building on that with extensive and specific development of power and effective high velocity movement. But perhaps even more importantly, to fortify the body against injury. Develop a competitive presence.
Speed, Strength and Power Assessment
Athletes are put through a comprehensive assessment to establish their baseline level of ability. The results of the assessment are used to determine at what level athletes will commence training and in order to design an effective and specific programme.
Chris Lyons is an experienced strength and conditioning coach, having trained athletes of all ages and levels since 2002. Chris specialises in coaching athletes for speed and power specific to fast-moving sports such as rugby league, rugby union, soccer, Aussie rules football etc. Since 2002 Chris has conducted close to 15,000 hours of training and coaching directly with athletes and members of the general population. From this experience comes Unleashed Training, based on tried and tested training methods combined with up to date research. Chris continues to challenge himself not only as a coach, but also as an athlete, competing in sprinting events, strongman and Olympic-style weightlifting.Sydney sprint coaching.
We have junior sessions available for athletes under 11 and senior sessions for athletes 12 and over.

- Training schedule varies from week to week.
- Squad training available most days. Either join an existing squad or book a time for your own team or group.
