Personal Training

Unleashed Training offers a structured, precise and personalised personal training service. What we offer is a precise training prescription designed to produce a specific physical outcome. We work very closely with you to ensure you produce the EXACT results you are looking for. We have thought of everything, our personal training program includes…

--- Hands-on, one on one coaching. All sessions are carefully planned and you are guided through high quality training sessions every single time you are booked in for one.

--- Expertly designed training program.

--- Nutritional guidance and complete nutrition/meal plan, based on your own individual tastes and lifestyle.

--- Home training and lifestyle plan. It doesn’t end when you leave your appointment. We ensure you are catered for around the clock to ensure you stay on track.


Sprint Coaching

Aimed at building speed and applying it directly to the needs of your sport. This programme focuses on teaching correct sprint mechanics right from the start, and building on sound technique. Throughout the various phases of training athletes will develop take-off speed, acceleration, maximum speed, agility and repeat speed. But most importantly, you will learn to apply your new speed directly to your sport. Be faster than at least 90% of your opposition, guaranteed.


Online Sprint Training Programs

Using a thorough fitness assessment, video analysis and remote contact with an experienced sprint coach, you will follow a personally tailored, customized sprint training program.


Strength and Conditioning

Strength and conditioning aims at building a foundation of strength and stability then building on that with extensive and specific development of power and effective high velocity movement. But perhaps even more importantly, to fortify the body against injury. Develop a competitive presence.


The Coach

Chris Lyons is an experienced personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach and sprint coach, having trained people of all ages and levels since 2002. Since 2002 Chris has conducted close to 15,000 hours of training and coaching directly with athletes, sports teams and individuals. From this experience comes Unleashed Training, based on tried and tested training methods combined with up to date research. Chris continues to challenge himself not only as a coach, but also as an athlete, competing in track and field events.

YOUR COACH – Chris Lyons

Chris Lyons is an experienced strength and conditioning coach, having trained athletes of all ages and levels since 2002. Chris specialises in coaching athletes for speed and power specific to fast-moving sports such as rugby league, rugby union, soccer, Aussie rules football etc. Since 2002 Chris has conducted close to 15,000 hours of training and coaching directly with athletes and members of the general population. From this experience comes Unleashed Training, based on tried and tested training methods combined with up to date research. Chris continues to challenge himself not only as a coach, but also as an athlete, competing in sprinting events, strongman and Olympic-style weightlifting.
