Services 

Evolve Fitness Classes (Sydney Location)

Develop the muscle, speed, agility and all-round fitness of a wild animal. Ever seen an overweight leopard? Neither have I. That’s why Evolve aims to copy the activity habits of predatory animals. Allow me to explain – Predators such as large cats are muscular, lean, fast, strong and agile. They have a very simple exercise pattern that involves short bursts of explosive activity such as sprinting, climbing and jumping. Evolve matches these exercise patterns using natural human movement.

Evolve is conducted in 45 minute, outdoor group classes.

One on One Personal Training

One on one personal training with Unleashed Training is unlike what you might expect from a personal trainer in a commercial gym. What we offer is very hands-on and 100% targeted. When you start training with one of our coaches you will undergo a thorough assessment covering goals, movement analysis, fitness tests and more. From this information we design a progressive and specific program. Your coach then works with you very closely, monitoring everything and structuring every session to meet targeted objectives.

Sprint Coaching 

Chris Lyons, head coach of Unleashed Training, is an experienced track and field athlete and sprint coach. If you are looking to improve your speed you have come to the right place. Sprint coaching with us is another very tailored service. You will learn the biomechanics/technique of sprinting faster, along with conditioning methods designed to increase your speed beyond the level of your competition.
