Functional Strength and Conditioning

At Endless Human Potential

Endless Human Potential is an online resource for functional strength and conditioning. We teach REAL fitness not just the appearance of fitness. Our methods are not based on attractive and fashionable ideas. What we teach comes from a broad base of experience, research and applied methods from real situations. We are experts at what we do, hence we do it well.

Functional strength and conditioning often causes discomfort and apprehension. This approach WILL stretch your comfort zone and extreme effort cannot be avoided. As a result the payoff is a big one.

So what is functional strength and conditioning? The term functional arises from the notion that what we do applies directly to that which is immediately useful in the real world or real sporting situations. Strength and conditioning and fitness training in general is misunderstood. It is not an end in itself. The training is just that, training. It is a means to an end. Having said that, all training should be directly applicable to the task at hand.

We are isolated from the modern fitness ideal that was designed to sell gym memberships. We do not promote cozy, sterile methodologies and gimmicks. True fitness and physical conditioning cannot be bought or faked.

Explore our site, do so with an open mind. What you will find is sound advice and methodologies that come from a vast network of experience, both academic and in the field.
