I am offering you the chance to take part in a very comprehensive fitness and nutritional analysis as well as fitness programme design. Yep, I know, this is offered by all and sundry now days. And what do you generally get? You get a health screen then a massive sales pitch and you’re sent on your way with no real value. But what I am offering is an actual analysis, a proper one complete with fitness testing, goals analysis, nutritional breakdown (after completing a three-day food diary) and then a basic programme to get you started. That is all FREE, whether you take on my paid services or not.
I am a mobile trainer throughout the Sydney metro area, so I will come to you if you live in or around Sydney.
You see, as many of you know, I am a personal trainer and a strength and conditioning coach. Much of my work is similar in nature to Crossfit and a lot of it is more closely related to sport specific conditioning. I have had close to 10 years experience in the industry and have also been a national level 100m sprinter at an elite level, which I plan to go back to as a masters athlete when I reach 30 in the not too distant future. I have helped elite athletes compete in a very wide variety of sports, I have helped extremely overweight people to shed over 70% of their bodyweight, I helped an extremely arthritic lady in her 50s complete several pull-ups etc. The point is, I am highly tuned into the art and the science of fitness training and sports nutrition.
My experience goes back a long way, right back to before I was even qualified. Along the way I have had many wonderful experiences. My first personal training business was working as a sub-contractor at Definition Health Club in Parramatta, which was an awesome experience. This was probably by far the best equipped gym I have been to, even to this day. Up until now I have been a personal training manager, have run several businesses and managed a few gyms and strength studios, and, as mentioned, I served in the Army.
Anyhow, what does this have to do with the price of eggs in Lithuania? What I am trying to say is that I am not the average trainer. I did not do an eight week course and I did not get into this industry because it just sounded like a good idea at the time. Fitness is what I do, it is my life. I live and breathe fitness, strength and conditioning, athletic conditioning, weight loss, sport and everything else related to that. I am well-versed in nutritional guidelines that work and I make it my personal business to get to the root cause of what is preventing someone from getting the result they want.

So why me? Why would you come and see me and spend your valuable time doing this as opposed to going to some other trainer in the area? That’s a hard one to answer without sounding like a used car salesman. Now I understand there are several trainers on this list, don’t take offence. What I see very often are generic trainers. They prescribe sessions that have no substance with no rhyme or reason for how and why they are conducted. The trainer has a fat loss client in two hours, so what do they do? They simply work out how to make them sweat for an hour then send them on their way. What happens when someone fails to lose weight? The trainer simply prescribes more of the same, more exercise, train harder, less calories etc. Now this is not ALL trainers, but it is a large number of them. It’s likely the trainers on this list are not those people, or else they probably would not be reading a site like mine.
So how am I any different? Well I’ve already told you a bit about myself above. What I do is vastly different and a lot of thought, research and state of the art science goes into creating the systems I use. And they are just that, systems, flexible ones that grow and adapt over time. I have a system for weight loss, I have a system for 400m sprint training, I have a system for conditioning team sport athletes like rugby players. If you come to me having had trouble losing weight and you’ve tried training hard and eating what you believe is a healthy diet then I get to the root cause of the problem and find out where the leak is coming from. I pride myself on finding ANSWERS, ones that work, and I ALWAYS find the answer to a problem related to fitness and nutrition.
The second part of what I do is the type of exercise I prescribe. You’ve all had the generic gym programmes, the 30 minutes on the treadmill and the generic bodybuilding style weights programmes. That is very far from what I do. I analyse your body, your current abilities, your goals and every other factor. I then design the training in a periodised fashion around these factors and progressively teach you to perform better in every domain of fitness necessary. You won’t see a bicep curl or a leg extension or a stupid stationary bike for that matter. You will do things that teach you to move, primal movements. All of this will be intelligently structured. You’ll learn to run, squat, jump, lift, climb and throw, regardless of your age, injuries or goals. You want to simply lose weight? Why? Generally it is for increased health and to look and feel better. Why not develop some athletic skills while getting the leanest and fittest body of your life.
Ok, so where, when, how much etc? I operate through the Sydney metro area. I am a mobile personal trainer, so I will go most places and will meet you at my place, your place, the park, your office or the kid’s playground at Hungry Jacks, I really don’t care, whatever is convenient for you.
Ok, so you can’t afford personal training? Ok first off, I’m not selling PT yet, we’ll save that part for after we meet. What I am offering you is a completely FREE fitness and nutritional analysis and a complete fitness programme to get you started, regardless if you’re going to commence on a full-paying programme or not.
Yep it’s a FREE programme. But I understand that if you are taking advantage of the offer you are likely someone that is interested in personal training. So I’ll answer your “can’t afford it” question. First of all make me an offer, my prices are not set in stone and you don’t know if you don’t ask. Secondly, you don’t have to fork out hundreds. How’s a 45 minute session at your own house once a week sound? Well that won’t cost an arm and a leg. Plus I will give you homework to do, like other training sessions for when you’re not with me.
Don’t have time. That’s rubbish, everyone has 30-60 minutes three days a week in their own home, office or park down the road.
