Please note that this material does not all meet our current standards. This site began as a bit of a hobby, somewhere to post ideas and thoughts about personal development and fitness training. Since then we have evolved. Now the standard is high and I have since made this site a reflection of my professional expertise and career as a strength and conditioning coach.
What you will find here in the archives is a mixture of gold and turd. You be the judge.
