Central aspect of individuality

How to gain back your own identity and start living life on your terms.

Google

The central aspect of individuality or identity is something that we seem to be losing these days. Just venture into any major city and take a look around, there are people walking around everywhere with blank looks on their faces. Their only concern is being on time for work so they can do as they are told to do for a boss they don’t like in a job they despise.

Our central aspect of individuality is simply who we see ourselves as when you take away all outside influences, possessions and titles

I challenge you to read through this page and consider what I am asking you. I say this because I guarantee that most people will not even read through half of this page, even though it’s not that long. Take me up on that challenge and read through it and actually consider applying what I have outlined. I would also love to hear of your experiences and your thoughts on this topic, so use the contact form at the bottom of this page to share them with me, I would love to hear from you.

Most of the people you see in this rushed lifestyle are not miserable but they are not happy either, they’re in a rut. They’re not happy enough to really enjoy their lives but they’re not unhappy enough to do anything about it.

What is it that puts people in these perpetual states of numbness? It’s simply that they are missing their central aspect of individuality, they are not living life on their terms and they are certainly not acting in accordance with their own identity. Success Eagle

So who are these people?

These people are basically the majority of the population of most countries. Most are people like you and me. Does a loss of identity sound familiar to you? Are you being forced or bullied into conforming to rules you don’t understand or that don’t even make sense? Most of us are, until we understand our central aspect of individuality and who we really are.

I was always an individual throughout my childhood, I had to be in order to survive. I had hardly any friends and we moved from town to town and city to city so regularly that I had no time to adjust in one place. I credit my identity, creativity and imagination to this lifestyle.

Later in life I had to take on more responsibilities and begin earning a living and furthering my education. I worked in many jobs and had to obey all the codes of conduct. I had to do things a certain way and gradually began sacrificing my own individuality. I began conforming, not only in my working life but also in other aspects of my life.

I myself, forgot what my central aspect of individuality was.

I felt that I had to take jobs that I didn’t even like and just settle with whatever I could get in life. It didn’t matter what I wanted to do and who I wanted to be, all that mattered was security and gaining respect for following rules and climbing the ladder of success, the problem is that it was the wrong ladder.

Let me tell you, this is one way to kill all motivation and passion for life. I understand that some of you reading this are living your passion but I can guarantee there are some of you who are not the people you have been convincing yourselves you are.

You do not need to become who your boss tells you to be, you do not need to become who the media says you should be, you need not be concerned about what your peers will think of you, you need to gain back your own central aspect of individuality.

Your are not your car, you are not your possessions or your title, or your bank account, I guarantee there is more to you than that and even if you had all the possessions and recognition you could dream of, you would probably still feel like something was missing, this does not lead to happiness.

Your world

What does your world look like?

Are you living the way you want to?

Are you the person you want to be?

I would like to urge you to take back your own identity, your own central aspect of individuality. I want you to right now consider who you really are as a person…

  • What are you passionate about?

  • What would your ideal environment be?

  • How are you different from everyone else? And what is unique about you?

  • What is the one thing you can contribute to your friends, family, community and the world that no one else can?

  • Who would your friends be if you were living by your true values?

  • What would your life be like?

I want you to consider these questions and how you can create Your World, how can you start living life on your own terms today? Visualise it and associate to who you truly believe you are.

I did this many years ago and it was a huge weight off my shoulders. I became more effective as a person than I had been in quite some time. By being myself and contributing something unique that no one else could offer in the same way as I could, I was able to overcome the trauma of abuse and being held at gun-point and many of the other obstacles I had in my life.

Sure there will be conflict but you will live life more passionately if you are yourself.

In my Born To Win seminar I can take you through a process of creating “your world”. I will help you define your passions, your interests and everything else that is YOU. I will then coach you towards living this way and bringing a bit of yourself to everything you do.

This seminar will soon be available on DVD also, click the banner at the bottom of this page for more information on the Born To Win seminar and how I can help you gain back your identity and your central aspect of individuality.
