Complete Fitness Training

The mainstream array of fitness gurus and health clubs have the exercising public believing that complete fitness training is made up of isolation movements, extended, slow cardio and abdominal exercises. The weakness in this approach is evident in multiple areas.

  • First of all the general public in gyms are battling to lose weight despite being at the gym five days a week and eating almost no carbohydrates, so they think. The scene is in every health club in the free world; people attending day in and day out and still looking the same after two years on the “great programme” their gym instructor created. Their routines also foster absolutely no functional ability whatsoever.

  • Secondly even athletes are misled by strength and conditioning coaches and the isolated, in-vitro research they follow. Some of the world’s best athletes are lacking in foundational conditioning. Many athletes have achieved international success and broken world records and they haven’t even reached the full potential available to them due to the fact they have not received optimal coaching methods and evidence-based methodologies.

Personal Evolution makes the claim of being a methodology for complete fitness training. We can make that claim because we base it on evidence and we are not closed off to all the options. What we do is constantly evolving and changing based on old ideas combined with new discoveries.

Personal Evolution works with compound movements, Olympic weight lifting, gymnastics, athletic skills and psychological conditioning. There are no lateral raises, chest presses, leg extensions or long sets of crunches. There are no abdominal machines or magic methods that will make you “fit and fab” in 12 minutes a day with little effort. Also, nothing can overcome a weak and lazy mind.

What we apply are functional movements, high intensity anaerobic cardio and skill elements. Why? Because this sort of variance can elicit every imaginable physical fitness adaptation. Surprisingly enough, this is based in irrefutable scientific evidence, yet the mainstream methods still persist as the accepted dogma of complete fitness training.

The Personal Evolution methodologies aim to bring the most effective and minimalist fitness training and psychological conditioning methods to the general public. Methods that previously only existed for athletes with the best coaches. We bring state of the art coaching methods to all who require it, be that athlete, emergency services personnel, military personnel and grandparent.
