  • Firstly we ask you to fill out a bunch of forms for comprehensive analysis. This includes lifestyle assessment, health screen, fitness assessment, goals analysis and additional information. This gives us enough data to be highly specific.

  • Next a coach analyses your data with a fine tooth comb. The coach will take into consideration your goals, access to equipment, your health, current fitness level and any additional details.

  • Based on the results of all your assessments a programme will be structured to specifically meet your needs. Your programme will be structured as a 12 day cycle, where you will record results of all workouts and send them back to your coach.
