fitness programmes. Programmes are built systematically based on specific
coaching with Sprint Ninja is a unique approach. Personal training can

intensity as it happens and adjust accordingly.

Sprint Ninja uses a minimalist approach. There are no new gimmicks or unnecessary special technology. The
methods are based on proven systems that have been used for decades to build
gold-medal winning athletes and lean and muscular physiques.

Step by Step Process
When you start
training with Sprint Ninja you will be taken through a step by step process that
ensures your goals are met.
Step One: Initial
consultation. During this session we will run through a health screen, goal
setting and uncovering any concerns you may have. This session is about getting
to know you, what you are capable of and how to proceed with getting you from
where you are now to where you want to be. We will also cover some basic
movements to familiarise you with how to move correctly, safely and
Step Two: Fitness assessment.
During this session you will undergo a thorough fitness assessment. The fitness
assessment will be tailored uniquely to your individual goals. This information
will be used to keep track of your progress over time.
Step Three: Coaching.
This is an ongoing process. We start by designing a thorough, comprehensive
programme that is tailored to you. You will be coached through that programme
and monitored closely. Adjustments are made on an ongoing, continuous basis.
Reassessment and tracking. To ensure you are on track with your goals you will
be monitored and reassessed regularly.
