Strength and conditioning workouts by experienced and qualified professionals are hard to find. Especially when most of the time you have to shell out big dollars for a trainer that is worth his salt. A site I recommend is free work out plans. They are a great resource with lots of info a free workouts for many levels of fitness.

Wondering around the gym aimlessly using this machine and that is most-certainly not recommended. Setting a targeted and measurable goal for your fitness training is the only way to predict results.
